Event Registration Information

Registration Fees:

Softball:
Registration Fee Per Team $400.00 ($405.00 through Google Checkout)

You must already be on a softball team to participate in softball. Best of the Best Open C tournament with a 5 game guarantee!


Golf:
Registration Fee Per Person $149.00 ($152.00 through Google Checkout)


Tennis:
Registration Fee For Singles $40.00 ($41.50 through Google Checkout)
Registration Fee For Doubles $28.00 Per Person ($29.00 through Google Checkout)




Player Product Donation Requirement:

As part of the registration process and to receive a complimentary player gift pack, each player is required to bring ONE pet item. If you do not bring a pet item, you will be asked to donate a minimum of $5.00 cash or check.

To ensure you receive your player gift pack, you must register & bring pet item on Friday night from 5:00pm to 8:00pm.

A very limited number of player gifts will be available at each sports venue.

Entry Deadline: July 31, 2009

Each sport has limited number of spots available. Entries will be on a first register/first pay basis. Availability for each sport will be updated regularly on event website.

Sports Information:

Softball:
Team eligibility will be based on NAGAAA 2008 player ratings and classification guidelines (101-130).

Golf:
If you do not have an established USGA handicap index and would like to compete in one of the divisions, please provide your last (3) golf scores and the Golf Sports Director will place you in appropriate division.

If you will be playing in the non-handicap division, please leave handicap index blank.

Your handicap index for July 2009 will be used for tournament competition. You will be asked to provide this information by August 1, 2009 if it has changed from time of registration.

Tennis:
Divisions will be set based on a minimum number of players needed for each division. If there are not enough players to run your particular division, you will be given the option to move up or your registration fee will be refunded in full.

USTA membership or rankings are not require, However, if you are ranked, you may be asked by the Tennis Sports Director as this will assist with draw schedule and seedings.

Cancellations/Refunds:

Inclement weather:
In the unlikelihood the event is cancelled due to inclement weather, team and player fees will be refunded.

Team/Individual Cancellation:
If a team/individual cancels prior to July 1, 2009, 75% of your registration fee will be refunded. Cancellations must be made via email to appropriate Sports Director.

For cancellations after July 1, 2009, 25% of registration fee will be refunded.
